Can I purchase the Narwal T10 if I do not live in the U.S or Canada? When do you plan to launch it on other regions?

Currently, Narwal T10 is only available in the United States and Canada. We do not recommend purchasing from non-U.S. or Canadian sellers because our warranty and product support is only available for Narwal T10's sold on our official American (shop.narwal.com) and official Canadian websites (ca.narwal.com).

If you see our product sold on other websites, please note these machines will likely be counterfeit or fraudulent, and we only provide after-sales service for customers who purchased our robot and accessories on our official website or Amazon.

If you spot Narwal being sold anywhere but on our website and Amazon, we would be grateful if you could contact us. Thanks so much!

The United States and Canada are only our first stops in the global market. We plan on expanding sales to other countries and regions one by one, so please check our official website Narwal.com and our social media channels for the latest news.

What is Narwal's warranty policy?

We provide a 30-day Unconditional Return (from non-human damage) & a 1-year Limited Warranty to registered purchasers from our Amazon Narwal store, official website (shop.narwal.com & ca.narwal.com), and Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaigns. After-sales support and service are handled directly by Narwal.

Please note that we do not offer after-sale service outside the U.S. or Canada.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your package will be sent as soon as possible after you place the order.

Under the normal circumstance, the delivery time will take approximately 7 to 10 days, depending on location.

Deliveries might be delayed by unusual circumstances such as so-called "Acts of God", including floods, tornados, blizzards, swarms of locusts, or extended lockdowns. As always, we will strive to get your Narwal to you as quickly as possible.

What is the status of my refund?

If the package has not been shipped, please contact our support team via chat, email, or phone so we can cancel the order and issue a refund as soon as possible.

If the package has been delivered, please contact our support team and provide us your order number so we can help facilitate the return process. After the package is received and passed through return inspection we will issue a refund. Refunds typically take 24 hours to process.

If you are being charged a handling fee, it is likely you are using a credit card in a non-U.S/non-Canadian area. Please check your IP address and contact your bank for confirmation.
