There is a category of bag that gets used for everything because it refuses to be specialised. A duffle carries kit to the gym, a backpack carries it through an airport, a shoulder bag carries it into a meeting. Most people own three of them and use one at a time. The three-way duffle collapses that into a single object, and the design question is whether the convertible hardware is good enough to make each configuration usable rather than merely possible.

This one is built in 1000D polyester, the denier used for tactical and hunting gear rather than the lighter 600D found on fashion bags, with MOLLE webbing for attaching pouches and a three-way carry system that converts between backpack, crossbody or shoulder bag, and handbag. It comes in three sizes: 35L at 50 x 25 x 20 cm and about 1.3 kg, 45L at 60 x 30 x 25 cm and about 1.45 kg, and 80L at 68 x 35 x 30 cm and about 1.65 kg. Colourways run black, brown, OD green and woodland across the size range.

The size spread is where the product earns its keep. A 35L bag covers a gym session, a weekend, or a carry-on where the airline enforces its dimensions. A 45L covers a week if you pack like someone who has done it before. The 80L version moves kit that would otherwise need a suitcase: hunting gear, dive equipment, camping kit, or the contents of a locker at the end of a season. Because all three share the same construction and the same carry hardware, the bag behaves the same way in the hand whichever volume you own.

One bag, three grips, and no reason to own four duffles.

What Sets It Apart

  • Three carry configurations
Backpack, crossbody or shoulder, and handbag from the same bag, so one object covers the gym, the airport and the office.
  • 1000D polyester shell
The heavier denier used in tactical and hunting equipment, with better abrasion resistance than the 600D found on most travel duffles.
  • MOLLE webbing
Attachment points for pouches, carabiners and accessories, so capacity can be extended without changing bags.
  • Three volumes, one design
35L, 45L and 80L options with the same hardware, covering a gym session through to a full kit move.
  • Full size range in stock
Black, brown, OD green and woodland colourways across the size run rather than a single production colour.
  • Weights from 1.3 kg
The 35L version weighs about 1.3 kg empty, which keeps the bag's own weight out of an airline allowance.

Where It Belongs

Gym and fitness users get a bag that converts from shoulder carry in the car park to backpack on the walk in. Campers and hikers use the 45L and 80L versions for gear that has to survive being thrown in a truck bed. Hunters use it because the 1000D shell and MOLLE webbing are the standard for that world. Travellers get a carry-on sized 35L that does not look like luggage, and anyone moving house, clearing a locker or shipping kit to a job site gets the 80L version as a cheaper, more flexible alternative to a hard case.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Which size should I order?

35L suits gym sessions, weekends and carry-on travel. 45L suits a week of clothing and mixed gear. 80L is for hunting kit, dive gear, camping equipment or moving a full locker. Check the measured dimensions against your airline or vehicle before choosing.

Q: What does three-way carry mean exactly?

The bag converts between backpack configuration, crossbody or shoulder configuration, and handbag carry. The straps and hardware support all three, so the same bag can be worn differently depending on load and distance.

Q: Is 1000D polyester actually different from 600D?

Yes. The denier describes the yarn weight, and 1000D is the heavier fabric used for tactical and hunting equipment. It resists abrasion better, at the cost of slightly more weight and stiffness than 600D.

Q: Does it have MOLLE webbing?

Yes. MOLLE attachment points run on the exterior so pouches, carabiners and accessories can be added.

Q: Is the 80L version too large for a carry-on?

At 68 x 35 x 30 cm it exceeds the typical carry-on envelope. Treat 80L as checked or vehicle luggage, and use the 35L for cabin travel.

Q: Can it be used for hunting?

The bag is built for that environment, with the 1000D shell, MOLLE system and colourways including OD green and woodland. Check local regulations on what may be carried and how, which vary by country.

80L is a vehicle bag

The 80L swallows dive kit and camping gear but it is beyond carry-on size, which the listing says plainly. Bought the 35L for flights and both get used.

Three ways, all usable

Converted between backpack and shoulder over a weekend of hunting and neither configuration felt like an afterthought. Straps are anchored properly, not just stitched to a seam.

45L took a week of gear

Packed a week of clothing and a laptop in the 45L and carried it as a backpack through two airports. The 1000D shell has already shrugged off a baggage carousel and the MOLLE webbing took a pouch for cables.
