Great upgrade for warbirds, tire wears faster on asphalt

Put this on a 100cc P-51 Mustang and the carbon fork handles the extra weight beautifully. Ground tracking is much more predictable than the stock tail wheel. Only reason for 4 stars: the urethane tire compound is soft for grass cushioning but wears noticeably faster if you fly primarily off paved runways. I got about 120 landings before the tread was gone on asphalt. Would still buy again — just be aware if you fly off pavement.
