説明

Timekeeping was humanity's first act of precision engineering. Before the steam engine, before the microprocessor, before the satellite constellation, there was the clock — a mechanism that divided the continuous into the countable and gave civilization its rhythm. The CMF Watch 3 Pro is the inheritor of that lineage, but it operates in a new dimension of time: the era where the watch on your wrist is not just a chronometer but a health monitor, a navigation system, a notification hub, and a statement of design philosophy.

The 1.43-inch AMOLED display is the centerpiece — a panel capable of 60Hz refresh, 1000 nits peak brightness, and a resolution density of 326 PPI. In practical terms: it is readable in direct equatorial sunlight, smooth during gesture navigation, and sharp enough that individual watch-face elements render with the clarity of ink on paper. The dual-GPS module (L1+L5 bands) achieves positional accuracy within 1.5 meters, drawing from four satellite constellations simultaneously — this is the same approach used by Garmin's Fenix series at triple the price. Health monitoring covers heart rate (optical PPG with SpO2), sleep staging (REM/deep/light/awake), stress tracking, and blood oxygen saturation — all processed on-device via the onboard AI coprocessor rather than shipped to a cloud server.

The 13-day battery life is not a marketing claim measured in airplane mode with every feature disabled. It is a real-world number achieved through a combination of a high-density lithium-polymer cell and an RTOS-based operating system that sips power like a sundial. Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio means your wireless earbuds connect with CD-quality codec support and zero perceptible latency. And the watch body itself — aluminum alloy frame, 2.5D curved glass, interchangeable 22mm straps — is built to a design language that reads as intentional, not generic. This is not a gadget you wear for three months and replace. It is an instrument you integrate into the architecture of your daily life.

In an age of disposable technology, this is a watch built to be depended upon — not just admired from across the room.

Who This Watch Is For

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is built for the user who wants engineering-grade tracking without the engineering-grade price tag. The runner who needs dual-band GPS accuracy at marathon distances but does not need an altimeter for alpine mountaineering. The health-conscious professional who wants sleep staging and SpO2 trend data without a monthly subscription. The traveler who needs 13-day battery life because charging a watch every night in a foreign hotel room is an unnecessary logistical variable. And the design-conscious wearer who understands that a smartwatch is the most visible accessory a person owns — worn more hours per day than any jacket, bag, or pair of shoes. The 22mm standard strap mount means the watch can be dressed up (leather, Milanese mesh) or down (silicone, nylon NATO) in under 30 seconds, making it the rare wearable that transitions from gym to boardroom without a costume change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the 13-day battery life include GPS tracking?

A: The 13-day figure is for typical use: notifications, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and occasional workout sessions. Continuous GPS tracking (e.g., a marathon) draws more power — expect approximately 18-22 hours of continuous GPS use on a full charge. A 30-minute daily GPS-tracked run still lands within the 13-day envelope.

Q: Can I make calls from the watch?

A: The CMF Watch 3 Pro supports Bluetooth calling — you can answer and place calls through the watch's built-in speaker and microphone when connected to your phone. There is no eSIM/LTE variant; it requires your phone to be within Bluetooth range (approximately 10 meters).

Q: Is the health data stored locally or in the cloud?

A: Health data is processed on-device via the AI coprocessor and stored locally on your phone through the CMF companion app. No cloud account is required for basic functionality, though optional cloud backup is available. The on-device processing means SpO2 and heart rate data are analyzed instantly, not queued for server-side computation.

Q: Can I respond to notifications?

A: You can read full notifications (SMS, WhatsApp, email, calendar, app alerts) and respond with pre-set quick replies. Full keyboard input is not available — this is a deliberate design choice to keep the OS lightweight and the battery life long.

Q: What watch faces are available?

A: The CMF companion app offers 100+ watch faces across categories: analog, digital, data-dense (weather, steps, heart rate on one face), minimalist, and seasonal. You can also set a custom photo as your watch face background. New faces are added monthly through app updates.

Q: Is the GPS accurate enough for trail running?

A: The dual-band L1+L5 GPS achieves 1.5m accuracy in open sky and 3-5m under moderate tree cover. It is suitable for road running, trail running on marked paths, cycling, and open-water swimming. For dense forest off-trail navigation or alpine mountaineering, a dedicated handheld GPS unit is still recommended.

The battery life is not a marketing lie

I have owned four smartwatches and this is the first one that genuinely lasts as long as advertised. 12 days with sleep tracking, notifications, and 3 workouts. The AMOLED screen at 1000 nits is readable in direct Florida sun — I can see my pace and heart rate mid-run without squinting. The aluminum body feels premium and the 22mm strap mount means I can swap bands easily. My Fenix 7 is now collecting dust. At this price, it is almost unfair to the competition.

Great everyday smartwatch, sleep tracking is solid

Bought this primarily for sleep tracking and notifications, and it delivers on both. The sleep staging (REM/deep/light) aligns closely with how I feel in the morning, which is more than I can say for my old Fitbit. The 1.43'' screen is the sweet spot — large enough to read notifications without scrolling, small enough to not look like I strapped a phone to my wrist. Bluetooth calling works well. Only giving 4 stars because I wish there was an LTE option for phone-free runs.

Incredible value — rivals my Garmin

I switched from a Garmin Venu 2 to this CMF Watch 3 Pro and honestly, the value proposition is insane. The AMOLED display is sharper and brighter than my Garmin ever was, and the dual-band GPS accuracy on my trail runs has been within 2 meters of my phone's GPS. Battery life is legitimately 11-12 days with always-on display enabled and 3-4 GPS-tracked runs per week. The heart rate sensor matches my chest strap within 2-3 BPM during steady-state cardio.
