説明

Most robot vacuums fail at the same two points. The bin fills and the mop starts pushing dirt back into the floor, and neither problem is visible until you walk across the room barefoot.

The P20 Pro addresses both at the base station. A 600W dock pulls debris from the 270ml onboard bin into a 3L bag that holds weeks of household dust, and the mop pad is washed and dried on the dock rather than left damp in a drawer. The 4L clean water tank means refills are a weekly task, not a daily one, and the dirty water is drained rather than carried across the kitchen floor.

8,000Pa of suction is the working number. It is enough to lift flour, cat litter and tracked-in grit out of a low pile carpet in one pass, and the 2.7 to 3.8 hour runtime covers a large apartment or a two-storey house before the robot returns to empty and recharge. The 11.12 kg assembly is heavy enough to stay planted when the mop is running at full water flow.

What makes it liveable is the removal of the routine. You are not emptying a bin after every clean, you are not rinsing a pad by hand, and you are not managing a water tank twice a day. The maintenance interval moves from daily to weekly, which is the difference between a robot that gets used and one that ends up in a cupboard.

The best cleaning schedule is the one you never have to think about.

Why This Configuration Works

  • Self-emptying dock — a 600W base station transfers debris into a 3L bag, so the onboard bin is not your daily job.
  • Mop wash and dry — the pad is washed and dried on the dock instead of sitting damp between runs.
  • 8,000Pa suction — lifts fine dust and pet hair from low pile carpet and hard floor in a single pass.
  • 4L clean water tank — supports a week of mopping without a refill on normal settings.
  • 2.7 to 3.8 hour runtime — covers a large apartment or a multi-floor home before recharging.
  • Dust and water separation — dirty water drains to the base instead of being trailed across clean floor.
  • Low daily involvement — bin, pad and water are handled at the dock, moving upkeep to a weekly rhythm.

Where it earns its place

Households with pets and hard floors see the clearest benefit, because hair and fine dust are the two things a small bin cannot hold for a week. Open-plan apartments get a full clean in one charge, and anyone who works from home avoids the noise of a manual vacuum in the middle of the day. The self-emptying dock also suits households where the robot runs while nobody is present, since the bin does not need attention the moment the cycle ends.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do I still have to empty a bin every day?

A: No. Debris moves into the 3L bag at the dock, which typically lasts several weeks in a normal household before it needs replacing.

Q: Does it wash the mop as well as the floor?

A: Yes. The pad is washed and then dried at the base station, which is what stops the damp smell that builds up when a wet pad sits in a dock.

Q: How often do I refill the water?

A: The clean tank holds 4L, which covers roughly a week of normal mopping. Larger homes or daily deep mopping will need more frequent refills.

Q: Will it handle pet hair on carpet?

A: 8,000Pa of suction lifts pet hair from low pile carpet and rugs. Very deep pile carpet benefits from a slower pass or a second run.

Q: Is the dust bag reusable?

A: The bag is a consumable designed for disposal. Replace it when full rather than shaking it out, which keeps the dock seal and the airflow intact.

Q: What does the International Edition mean?

A: The unit is supplied for international use with CE certification. Confirm the plug type for your country with support before ordering.

Q: Can it clean more than one floor?

A: The runtime supports a multi-floor home, but the dock stays on one level. Moving the robot between floors means carrying it back to the dock to empty and recharge.

Mop drying is the difference

Our previous robot smelled after a month because the pad sat damp in the dock. This one dries it and there is no smell at all after six weeks of daily use. Suction picks up rice and cat litter from a low pile rug in one pass.

Quiet enough for a call

Runs while I am on video calls and the microphone does not pick it up on the other side. Mopping is better than I expected on tile, less so on a textured slate floor where it leaves a little water behind. The 4L tank lasts about a week for us.

The dock does the boring part

Two dogs and a hard floor, and the bin used to be the reason I stopped running the old robot. This one empties itself into the bag and the pad is dry when I get home, so the daily job is gone. I empty the bag about every three weeks.
