How to make delicious coffee?
Step 1
Add the corresponding amount of water into the siphon pot according to the predetermined amount, and the standard water consumption of a single cup is 120ml. The water quality should be pure water or mineral water, ready to add heat source.

Step 2
 Wipe the lower pot with a dry towel to ensure that there is no water drop on the outer wall of the lower pot. Turn on the heat source, adjust the fire power, and place it directly under the lower pot.

Step 3
 Put the filter with the filter cloth tied into the upper pot mouth and lead it out through the fine tube of the upper pot. Pull the bead chain and hook the pipe mouth for fixation.

Step 4
After confirming that the filter is installed smoothly, insert the upper pot into the lower pot.

Step 5
With the increase of water temperature, many small bubbles will be attached to the bead chain, the inner wall of the lower pot and the catheter. At this time, the upper pot can be righted to ensure the smooth butt joint of the upper and lower pots.

Step 6
Keep heating, and the water temperature will continue to rise. At this time, water vapor will adhere to the inner wall of the gap of the lower pot, and the filter cloth on the filter will slightly bulge, and part of the water can rise to the upper pot through the filter.

Step 7
When the water temperature rises to about 95 ℃, the water vapor in the gap of the lower pot will condense into water drops, and the water in the lower pot starts to rise rapidly, and the bubbles are aroused by the hot water filtered.

Step 8
When the water in the pot does not rise any more, the remaining water will boil and generate steam continuously. Adjust the fire power and pour in the corresponding amount of coffee powder. At first, press down the mixing mode to make the coffee powder fully steam.

Step 9
After about 20 seconds, the second stirring is carried out, and the time cut-off point can be adjusted according to the different varieties of coffee beans.

Step 10
When the extraction is about 50 seconds, the third stirring is carried out. After the fire source is removed, the coffee will return to the lower pot through the filter, and the lower pot can be cooled with a wrung towel to accelerate the coffee reflux.

Step 11
When there is still a small amount of coffee in the pot, pull out the pot and complete the whole extraction process.

Step 12
Hold the stand, pour out the coffee from the bottom of the pot, add appropriate sugar and milk balls according to your preference, and enjoy your own freshly ground coffee.

The amount of alcohol is generally below four-fifths.
Please adjust the flame to less than 4cm.
Add alcohol and be sure to turn off the heat.
Prevent the occurrence of bumps:
If the boiling water is too boiling, you can remove the fire first, wait for the water to cool down and then heat it. Or, before the water boils, let the upper pot container be inserted obliquely for heating, so that bubbles can be generated from the lock portion of the filter to prevent the boiling.
Should pay attention to the use:
Please use a dedicated heating appliance.
Air burning is prohibited.
When there is a sudden boiling, don't bring your face close.
When washing the upper and lower pots, take care to use a soft sponge and a neutral detergent.
Remove the lid of the upper pot container when heating.
Place the alcohol lamp in a fixed position on the lamp holder.
Do not use metal objects to strike or wipe the inside of the glass bottle.
