説明
A cat does not run away. It follows something interesting and then loses the thread, and by the time it looks up the garden looks unfamiliar from a different angle. The gap between a pet being three streets away and a pet being lost is usually about forty minutes of searching, and that is the interval this tag is designed to close.
The unit is a silicone-bodied locator on an adjustable collar, paired with a companion app on iOS or Android. It runs on a CR2032 cell that lasts six to twelve months, so there is no charging routine to forget and no cable to lose. The housing is sealed to a waterproof standard, which matters because a locator that fails in rain fails exactly when it is needed. Location can be shared with family members through the app, so more than one person can search without relaying instructions by phone.
The whole design weighs almost nothing on the collar, which is the practical requirement for cats in particular: a tag heavy enough to notice gets removed, and a locator that has been removed is a locator that is not there when it matters. It fits small dogs and cats on the same adjustable strap.
A pet does not need to be found. It needs to be findable.

Where It Earns Its Place
It suits the household with an indoor-outdoor cat, where the door is open and the boundary is a decision the animal makes rather than a fence. It suits small dogs on rural property, where a scent trail leads further than expected. It also suits anyone who has spent an evening walking a neighbourhood calling a name, and would rather spend the next evening watching a dot on a screen instead. On multi-person households the sharing feature is the part that actually changes the search: whoever is closest opens the app, rather than whoever is at home describing where the pet was last seen.

Questions Buyers Actually Ask
Q: Does it need a monthly subscription?
The listing does not specify one. The unit pairs with a free companion app and reports through it, so check the app listing in your region before relying on any paid tier.
Q: How long does the battery last?
Six to twelve months on a CR2032, depending on how often the app polls for location. A replacement cell is inexpensive and needs no tools.
Q: Is it suitable for a large dog?
It fits cats and small to medium dogs. The collar is adjustable, but a large dog needs a sturdier strap than the integrated one provides.
Q: Is it really waterproof?
The housing is sealed against rain and wet conditions. It is not intended for swimming or for a dog that spends the day in water.
Q: Can two people track the same pet?
Yes. Location can be shared with family members through the app, so several people can see the same tag at once.
Q: Will my cat tolerate it?
The housing is deliberately light and the cell is small, which is what makes it wearable for a cat. Introduce it with the collar rather than clipping it on suddenly.
