Customers often report that the base will melt away when welding the product line of 12MM metal button pin, resulting in the failure of the 12MM metal button, especially the 12MM metal button with lock.
In order to solve the customer’s problem, our FILN technical department spent 1 month to complete a new design, which not only solved the customer’s welding line problem, but also saved the customer’s cost. This is the newly developed 12MM metal button with lock and line.
This metal button is directly wired without the need for the customer to take it back for welding, and it also brings lights. The length of the wire is completely customized according to the customer’s needs, and it can be made in 5 colors of red, yellow, green, blue and white. The voltage can also be made in 3V, 6V, 12V, 24V, 110V, 220V, 220V, 380V and so on.
At the same time, in order to greatly reduce customer costs, we also designed and completed 12MM plastic buttons with wires and lights, which cost is very low and can be used in a large number of products such as toy cars, remote controls for drones
