• Keep warm mode for up to 60 minutes: with the keep warm function, you can keep boiled water warm for up to 60 minutes. When you press the keep warm button once, boiling water reaches the target temperature and then goes into warm mode. If you press the keep warm button twice, boiling water is kept to 100°C, then after cooling to the target temperature.

• Safety functions: with the Strix temperature control, the kettle automatically switches off as soon as the water has reached the selected temperature. When the water is almost dried out, the kettle protects against overheating and switches off automatically.

The Midea kettle with temperature setting has six possible temperatures at the touch of a button. Each corresponds to the ideal temperature for a variety of types of tea and French press coffee. After selecting your temperature setting, the display shows the water temperature in real time. A warming function maintains the temperature of the heated water for 60 minutes.
