Lens maintenance

When the laser module is not used for a long time, please ensure that the lens is not polluted by dust.

When you replace the air nozzle, please ensure that your operation will not pollut the lens. Finger prints or dust on the lens will weaken the output power of the laser module, or even damage the lens.

When you find the cutting ability decreases, the lens might be not clean. Please use a clean alcohol swab to clean it according to the following figure.

LT-80W-AA-PRO Features

1.LT-80W-AA-Pro

It has an upgraded nozzle compared to the previous LT-80W-AA. The difference of this nozzle is that it has an advanced hydrodynamic design that makes better use of air pressure. When using the same air compressor, the upgraded version has a faster jet airflow.

2.With the air asssit nozzle

The laser head comes with a specially designed air assist nozzle. When cutting with this laser head, the air assit system will blow air through the air nozzle. That will bring you excellent cutting experience and greatly reduce burned marks.

For cutting work

The ideal position of the focal point is in the middle of the material, the cutting focal point of LT-80W-AA is 45mm, the length of the air nozzle is 39mm, so the focal point position is 6mm below the air nozzle. For example, if you want to cut 8mm plywood, the distance from the air nozzle to the surface of the material should be 6mm-8mm/2=2mm.

For engraving work

The focal point is at the surface of the material.

LT-40W-AA

1. Optical power is 5W (±0.5W), electrical power is 12V (1.5A-2A).

2. It can cut through 4mm plywood by one pass, the speed is 190mm/min, 100% power.

3. High precision engraving resolution 0.08mm.

4. With air assist, when performing laser cutting operations, the air assist system blows air through the air nozzle to remove dust and debris to improve cutting performance and reduce burn marks, and can also prevent the dust and debris generated during the cutting process from contaminating the optical lens and lens surface , thereby increasing the service life of the lens.

5. Upgraded Magnetic eye protective cover, easy to remove and install.

The ideal position of the focal point is in the middle of the material, the cutting focal point of LT-40W-AA is 45mm, the length of the air nozzle is 38mm, so the focal point position is 7mm below the air nozzle. For example, if you want to cut 4mm plywood, the distance from the air nozzle to the surface of the material should be 7mm-4mm/2=5mm.
