About GPS installation and use (optional):
1.Connect the GPS module to the DVR and turn on the GPS function in the DVR menu settings;
2.Install the DVR in the car and start the recording mode. Start the car outdoors and drive for a certain distance. the GPS module will automatically capture the satellite signals and the DVR will automatically record the video with GPS driving track.

Play GPS track video:
1.Install GPS special video player "HIT GPS Player" on IOS.

2.Open the DVR video with GPS track information through "HIT GPS Player" on your computer, then you can play the GPS track.

Notes:
Carplay's Bluetooth does not connect directly to the car radio's Bluetooth. We support dual bluetooth mode, once the phone connects to our carplay, it can also connect to the car radio's bluetooth.

Memory card support:
32G/64G/128G/256G
As the DVR is 4K HD recording high speed storage, please make sure to use high quality U3 grade C10 high speed brand memory card. Some common and cheap memory cards may not work properly.

About formatting the memory card:
When installing a memory card for the first time, be sure to format the card on the DVR. After formatting, the DVR can match the memory card correctly.
Formatting Procedure: After installing the memory card, go to the DVR menu, find the Format option, and click Format Memory Card (IMPORTANT: Formatting the memory card on a computer is not a correct operation. Please make sure to format the memory card in the menu option of DVR.

About Carplay connection for Android Auto:
If it is an Apple phone, the DVR needs to select Carplay connection as the connection method, and the Carplay software installed on the Apple phone can connect to the DVR directly through the Carplay function; if it is an Android system phone, then the DVR needs to select Android Auto as the If it is an Android system cell phone, then DVR needs to choose Android Auto as the connection method, and then use the Android auto software downloaded from Google App Market on the cell phone to connect to DVR.

About WIFI connection:
Before connecting to the DVR on your phone, it is necessary to install the WIFI connection application "Viidure" in advance. You can search "Viidure" in Apple App Store to install it.
Steps:
(1) In standby mode, go to DVR menu and enter WIFl setting menu;
(2) In the wifi menu of DVR, check Get wifi SSID name and password;
(3) Open the "Viidure" APP on your phone, enter the configuration mode, turn on the wifi function of your phone, follow the prompts to find the SSID wifi signal of the DVR and enter the password to connect;
(4) After successful configuration, you can connect and operate the DVR through "Viidure" Apage.

About the reverse assist function:
If the kit you ordered includes a rearview camera, and you need to realize the reverse assist function, you need to connect the red signal cable of the rearview camera to the reverse light of the car (the light will be on when you reverse). If you don't need the reverse assist feature, just disconnect the red signal wire and leave it unconnected.
