Return process:

Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the goods after receiving the battery, contact customer service as soon as possible and provide the customer service email contact information.

Step 2: Customer service will send the return label to your email (within 2-3 days)

Step 3: After confirming that the return label has been received in the email, take a picture of the package and send it to customer service, then print the return label and stick it on the received package. Find a DHL or DPD store and send the package back as it is. You do not need to pay anything for the return cost。

Step 4: After our warehouse confirms receipt of the package, it will refund you (refund will be made approximately 16 days after confirmation of receipt)
