1: How to connect this battery camera to "Smart Life" or "Tuya Smart" APP?
- Turn on the camera. ( ON/OFF button, please kindly check the user manual); check whether the red led ligt fast blink. If not, reset the camera with press button 5 seconds until you hear a "DING" sound.
- Open "Smart Life" or "Tuya Smart" APP. Click "+", select "Camera&Lock--Smart Camera(Wi-Fi)---Next-Input 2.4G WiFi PWD(Do not include special charactor)- Make the camera lens scan the QR Cord from 15-20CM away "
- Add successfully to live view.
Note:When you scan the qr cord, please move you smart phone to face the camera qr cord and still until you hear the camera hear a "ding" sound. If you not hear sound, move phone closer and longer to try it. thanks
2: Does this camera support 24-hour video recording?
- This camera support continuous recording. First you need install C10 brand TF Card. When you select the non-stop recording, battery can ONLY lasts 15hours based on fully charged.
3: Does this Tuya battery camera support motion detection alarm time setting?
- Tuya battery camera range do not support this function.
If you need this funtion, we recommended O-Kam APP battery camera range with this function.
4: Battery Capacity is? Working time?
- This tuya battery capacity is 5200mAh rechargeable batteries
- In theory, this battery cameras last 3 months based on 10 movements triggered per day.
5: How to charge the Tuya WiFi Battery Camera?
- Support 5V 1A to fully charged need 10 hours. 5V 2A fully charged need 8 hours.
- Connect 3W or 5W solar panel to charge battery camera to provide non-stop power
6: Event PIR Triggered recording length
- The default recording length is 10S.
- If someone stand always in front of camera, recording length is 60s. This also will consumption the battery soon.
7: Why this battery camera offline suddenly? How to make it online?
- This battery camera connect the router based a very low signal. Once you wifi signal is not stable, this battery camera will show offline. When offline, the battery camera will send signal to router sevral times to try to connect. After tried failed, the camera will stay offline.
- So you open app and refresh the app interface until camera online. No need to delete from app and add it again.
So make sure WIFI SIGNAL STABLE AND STRONG.
8: Does it works with Alexa Echo show or Google Chromecast?
- Yes, it is support voice command. Like: Alexa, show me "device name" "Hey, google, show me " device name""
