Beschreibung

A first aid kit is only useful if you can find the plaster without emptying a bag onto the floor. The Stackwork is a stackable PP storage system with two to five tiers, a transparent top layer on the upgraded model, and a footprint of thirty centimetres that fits a cupboard shelf or the floor of a car boot.

Each tier is a separate tray, so the contents stay sorted by type: dressings in one, medicines in another, tape and scissors in a third. The trays stack and lock without tools, and a single tier can be lifted out and carried to where the injury is rather than bringing the whole box. Material is polypropylene, which is what makes it washable and resistant to the alcohol wipes and antiseptics that live inside a medical kit.

The upgraded version adds a transparent lid to each unit so the contents are visible without opening anything. Two sizes of tier run across the range, a shallow 16 centimetre depth and a deeper 24 or 31 centimetre stack, with heights of 16 to 29 centimetres depending on the tier count. Assembly is not required and nothing needs to be screwed together.

An organised kit is not tidier. It is faster at the moment it matters.

How the system is built

  • ✦ Two to five stackable tiers with the contents sorted by type in each tray.
  • ✦ Upgraded model has a transparent top layer, so contents are visible without opening.
  • ✦ Made from polypropylene, washable and resistant to antiseptics and alcohol wipes.
  • ✦ Thirty centimetre footprint fits a cupboard shelf, a shelf unit or a car boot.
  • ✦ Tiers lock together without tools and lift out individually for carrying.
  • ✦ No assembly required, usable the moment it arrives.
  • ✦ Equally suited to medicines, craft small parts, tools and travel essentials.

Where a stack pays off

In the home it becomes the family medical box in a cupboard that used to hold a tangle of loose packets. In a car it holds a roadside kit and stays put under the boot floor. Tradespeople use the small tiers for screws, drill bits and fittings, where the transparent lid saves opening four boxes to find one size. Campers and rescue teams use the same trays for dressings and tools, and travellers stack two tiers for medicines with labels facing up. Craft and sewing rooms take the largest configuration for buttons, threads and small tools.

Choosing a configuration

Q: Are the tiers locked together or just stacked?

They stack and interlock, so a carried unit stays together. Each tier still lifts out on its own when you only need one.

Q: What is the difference between the basic and new model?

The upgraded version adds a transparent top layer for visibility and uses a narrower 16 cm tray depth. The basic model is wider and deeper without the see-through lid.

Q: Can I buy extra tiers later?

Order the same model and the tiers stack with the ones you have. Mixing basic and new model trays works physically but the outlines differ, so a matched set looks better.

Q: Is it food safe?

It is a general storage box in new polypropylene. We do not market it as a food container, so keep food storage to dedicated kitchen boxes.

Q: Will it fit inside a standard cupboard?

At 30 cm on the long edge and 29 cm tall in the largest configuration, it fits most base cupboards and shelf units. Measure the gap above the shelf before ordering five tiers.

Q: Are the boxes waterproof?

They keep out splashes and dust. They are not sealed against immersion, so do not treat a tier as a waterproof case.

Q: How do I clean them?

Wash with warm water and mild detergent, then air dry with the tiers separated. Polypropylene tolerates alcohol wipes on the inner surfaces.

Q: Can a child open it?

The tiers lift out without a lock. Keep medicines in a tier that is out of reach and treat the box as storage rather than as a safety container.

Q: Does the transparent lid fog or yellow?

No. It is clear polypropylene, which is why it stays readable. It shows dust, so wipe the lid whenever you wipe the shelf.

What ships and what we replace

Every tier, lid and the stacking frame in one carton, ready to use without tools. If a tier arrives cracked, send a photograph and we replace that tray instead of the whole set.

Measure your cupboard first

The five tier stack is taller than I pictured. Fits under the shelf once I moved a box, and the tiers lock together properly.

Transparent top is worth the upgrade

The see-through lid saves opening three trays to find one thing. Polypropylene wipes clean after a spilled antiseptic.

Medicines finally sorted

Five tiers, one for dressings, one for children's medicine, one for the rest. I can carry a single tray to the person instead of the whole box.
