Coming from a 4L air fryer, the 12L capacity is a huge upgrade, but it does cook slightly differently than smaller units. The increased air volume means you may need to add 2-3 minutes to recipes designed for smaller air fryers. Once I adjusted my timing, everything came out perfectly. The rotisserie chicken alone has saved me from ordering takeout at least five times. Recommended, just plan a short calibration period.

I bought this primarily for the rotisserie and it has exceeded expectations. A 3.5-pound chicken rotates and self-bastes for 55 minutes and comes out with skin so crispy it crackles. The included crumb tray catches all the drippings and prevents the smoke that plagued my previous air fryer. I've also used the rotisserie for a small pork loin — equally excellent results. This appliance has earned its permanent counter space.
