Key point: the 2 small white wires in the reversing cable are used to gain WiFi and Bluetooth reception signals. Please plug in the reversing cable at one point, regardless of whether a reversing camera is installed or not.

Shipping.
1. Goods are shipped to the European Union only (except for some island areas) and are dispatched from a French warehouse.

Warranty.

Returns and Refunds.
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item once you have received it. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or exchange.
2. All returned items must be in their original packaging and a tracking number, specific reason for return and original PO must be provided to us.
3. We will refund you in full upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging and including all components and accessories.
