These pants nail the aesthetic — the ribbon stripe, the tapered cut, the overall silhouette. They work equally well with combat boots and Air Force 1s. The cargo pockets are functional but if you have a large phone (I have a Pro Max), it fits but just barely with the flap closed. An extra centimeter of pocket depth would make these perfect. Still, very happy with the purchase overall.

I skate in these 3-4 times a week and they've held up remarkably well. The cargo pockets keep my phone and wallet secure during tricks — the snap flaps don't pop open on impact. The 2% spandex gives just enough stretch for movement without bagging out. After two months of regular washing, no fading on the black pair, no loose threads, and the ribbon stripe is fully intact. BYBB'S DARK knows what they're doing.

The quality and design are excellent — substantial fabric, clean stitching, pockets that actually hold things. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is sizing: I ordered a Large based on the US size chart and they were closer to a Medium. Exchanged for an XL which fits well. Measure your waist and compare to the chart, don't just order your usual size. Once the sizing is right, these are 5-star pants.

The ribbon stripe down the leg is what sold me. Without it these would just be another pair of military surplus knockoffs. With it, they read as designed — a deliberate fashion choice rather than a utility compromise. The elastic waist is comfortable for all-day wear and the drawcord means I can skip the belt when I want a cleaner silhouette. Ordered a second pair in black.

I've been wearing cargo pants since high school and these are the first pair that doesn't look like I'm about to go fishing.
